The Singapore BDSM monthly munch held on the last Thursday of every month saw 23 people. About half of the attendees were new faces and they were beautiful faces with very HOT bodies. I just wonder that why I don't see these people every day. Surely Singapore can't be that big. The newbies that joined the munch were a bit disappointed initially as the munch appeared to be another after work drinking & chill out session. Though the glbt friendly munch started slow, it was a busy one. Besides the usual catching up, we got to trade experiences from a few well travelled SM practitioners. We got to share nots from the scene in Tokyo, Shanghai and Amsterdam. Though our scene is modest, Singapore still lags behind. However when it comes to relationship, we are on the forefront. 30 days do make a difference in who's with whom in the SM scene.

As the night wore on, I itched to put my bondage skills to work. What better way to do this than to look to my good gurlfriend, Deanna, as a volunteer. She was a very nervous bondage model but she was a good sport eventhough this was her first. As the ropes coiled around Deanna, I got some got tips from Master Alex aka Mr. Bondage King, our Shibari supremo. Alex shared some of things he thought in his Shibari college. Master Alex knows that I am a little sloppy when it comes to tying clean and beautiful knots. Boosted by Alex's tutelage, Deanna unwittingly found herself in a hogtie. We left her in her new yoga position for a bit.

SGGURLS 10th Moderator Meeting

Singapore, 25th April 2009

It was another hot night of 32 degrees in Singapore. I took a cab driver to find PLU cafe. The damn cabbie kept wanting to drop me off at KTV lounges. He eyed me from the rear view mirror and kept asking if I was going to work? I presume he thinks I am a KTV hostess. :-P Jeez, I must improve my dressing.

When I finally to the PLU cafe, the staff was very friendly and hospitable. However, they have a strange custom in the cafe. To get to the cosy lounge upstairs, I had to take off my heels. Waaaahhhhh.... me without my heels? Anyways I acquiesced and went up stairs. I was pleasantly surprised by PLU cafe's tatami laid back style lounge. It was love as first sight. Now I fully understand why Hendrika (also from the SDAM, SGDOMSUBS network) kept suggesting that we hold our meetings in PLU. Andrew the owner of the PLU cafe set us up well. We had an incredible comfy and cool corner with the air-conditioning just above us. He’s so thoughtful and it was heaven for us just to escape from the sweltering heat outside.

We had a fabulous night and a very eventful one. SGGURLS achieved another big milestone by electing its first ever Chairwoman, co-Chairwoman, Official Biawak (or Vice-Something ..can't really remember but I think it's got to do with vice), Secretary, Treasurer, Chief Marketing Office, Chief Event Organizer, Webmistress, Liaison Officers to the various networks. I won't tell you who the names of the officers since I won't steal the Chairwoman's and co-Chairwoman’s thunder. They'll do the announcement.

We met the beautiful Elisa for the first time. She's very sexy and her photos don’t do her justice. We really need to get a pro-photographer to do a nice portfolio for the gurls. This is where the SGGURLS 2009 Calendar project comes to the rescue. Miss Destynee Chua the chief editor outlined the overall approach for putting the calendar together. It was very exciting to hear her ideas. I really can't wait to get this thing off the ground. The gurls closed quite a lot of outstanding tasks that night. I was awed by how far the SGGURLS' team has progressed. Some of the SGGURLS' mods have really grown tremendously and have stepped up to the leadership role. The team survived the forming, storming and norming stages. They put together some very sophisticated and fun events which were like a 100 times better that last years. I will let the Chairwoman & co-chairwoman to announce these exciting events.

Hitting the big 24...

I am glad to be alive up to now and be blessed with the friends all over world. Hitting the big 24 means it was time to reflect.

I have had so much fun all over the world. From Europe to Japan to Australia. I would like to go to the US and the Middle East. These places seems quite far but one never knows. In Singapore, I collared a beautiful slave who just happened to be my best tgurl friends.

2008 is turning to be an interesting year. The SGGURLS group is getting closer than ever attracting the hidden and often misunderstood community in Singapore. One of its founding members Adaline (or just Ada for short) celebrated her 50th birthday at "MOX" (www.mox.com.sg) and her all-time favorite bar "Backstage" (http://www.lifestylewiki.com/Backstage_Bar). In attendance were: the birthday gurl Adaline, Joy, Ivy Jr, Cathy from KL, Joy, Tiffanie, Kaila, Hendrika (our co-conspirator), Rayne (our official camera woman) and Sham.

Adaline came to the party fooled by Catherine that there was going to be a BDSM party.
